In 2022, illy celebrates the 30th anniversary of the artistic collection of mugs illy Art Collection. The anniversary coincides with illycaffè's role as the main sponsor of the Venice Biennale and highlights their relationship with art. The theme of this year's 59th biennale is Milk of Dreams.

Cecilia Alemani, the curator of this year's biennale, selected six very special and diverse artists to decorate the illy mugs, who are participating in the exhibition: Felipe Baeza, Giulia Cenci, Precious Okoyomon, Alexandra Pirici, Aki Sasamoto, and Cecilia Vicuña. The iconic shape of the mug has been transformed by the artists into a window of their imagination.

Each mug is numbered and signed. A brochure and warranty certificate are included in the gift package.
